The Estate is situated on very fertile, rich red volcanic soil. This coupled
with the higher elavation near the Dandenong ranges, produces unique
fruity flavours with the subtle characteristics of cool climate wines, which
are an ideal accompaniment to the lighter, fresher foods so popular today.

from our undercover pavilion set amongst the rosé gardens.

trophy winner. At Miller’s Dixons Creek Estate he produces elegant wines,
not dominated by alcohol, which reflect the subtle depth and complexity of
the region. Cellar door provides some of the best views of the Valley and
direct viewing of the working winery.
