TASTING NOTES
Vibrant watermelon, Turkish delight and pomegranate aromas lead to a rich textured palate of fresh berries, vanillin spice with a persistent, yet refreshing and dry finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Rosé is internationally loved as the ultimate summer tipple. The famous colour comes from juicing red grapes and soaking with the skins for a very short period to develop a nice pinky hue! Mandala likes to give an extra bit of time to develop into a luscious pink colour, then ferment in stainless steel as well as oak to give it a nice weight, fruity sweetness and the 'bone dry' element drinkers love. 80% Merlot and 20% Pinot Noir grapes handpicked from Mandala's Dixon's Creek vineyard.

A 75/25% merlot/pinot noir blend with the bright plump fruit weight of the former and the nice acid line of the latter. In between, it's spicy with a little cherry tang, a little soursob and a lot of freshness. Jane Faulkner
