Le Vin du Rosier is a celestial super-wine, made from grapes grown from the thorn of a rose. Pith and fresh cut dry grass. Soft fluffy tannins and mouth-watering acidity.

WINEMAKING NOTES 
Grenache grown in Tabilk, Goulburn Valley. Taungurung country. 100% Destemmed, gently hand plunged over 10 days. Immaculately conceived or maybe a wild fermentation. 2 months in old oak.
