TASTING NOTES
This wine is deep garnet red in colour with aromas of blackberry, black pepper and spice. Flavours of blackberry, mulberry, maraschino cherries with black pepper, dark chocolate and vanilla characters on the finish. This well-integrated wine exudes complexity in fruit flavour and will continue to develop with further cellaring. 

WINEMAKING NOTES
This Shiraz was hand-harvested in late March 2014 and matured for up to 16 months in French oak barriques (36% new).
