TASTING NOTES
A wine of bouncy purple and blue fruits as a result of a gentle extraction regime. Some oak and pepper-infused acidity frame the pulpy fruit, almost like biting into a ripe bunch of grapes that make this mid-weighted wine fun to drink.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Wild yeast ferment in French oak barriques and matured for 18 months. Bottled under Diam cork. Drinking exceptionally well now but will drink well in 15 years' time.
