One of the first wines off our the home block in Dixons Creek, on Wurundjeri Country. Grown thoughtfully and sustainably without use of herbicides, chemical herbicides and pesticides. Hand picked by friends and family. Pressed straight o barrel. Wild ferment. 6 months on ferment lees. No additions apart from SO2 at bottling.
