TASTING NOTES
Gewürztraminer (Goo-verts tra-meaner) may be one go the hardest wine varieties to pronounce or spell, but is one of the most recognisable in the glass. Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge. Pronounced lychee, orange blossom and musk aromas are classic in this aromatic variety. The palate is lively with characters such as elderflower, meyer lemon, and verbena. A crisp dry finish is unexpected due to the sweet aromas jumping from the glass.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Handpicked from our cool climate site at Healesville, the skin of these grapes is a distinct pink color. We are careful to keep skin contact to a minimum in the winery so that the finished wine remains in the white category.
