One of the first wines off our the home block in Dixons Creek, on Wurundjeri Country. Our version of “Cabernets”. Olta meaning having the merriest of times.

Grown thoughtfully and sustainably without the use of herbicides, chemical herbicides, and pesticides. Hand-picked by friends and family. 70% Cab Sav, 10% Cab franc, 10% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot. Picked same day. Destemmed. Co fermented. Plunged, no pump overs. 8 weeks on skins.
