TASTING NOTES
The blend of Chardonnay and Fiano is unique to Six Acres. Fiano is an ancient Italian variety derived from the warmer climates. We source ours from Heathcote. It marries well with our cool climate Chardonnay bringing honeyed characters to our savoury white! 

A honeyed, floral nose with subtle nutty aromas. On the palate, a beautifully balanced and flavoursome wine without aggressive acidity, with a savoury edge and a touch of honey.
