Aromas of croissant, honey, pear and almonds. Made from 100% Pinot Noir in the méthode traditionnelle, with secondary fermentation and ageing in the bottle. Late disgorged after 4 ½ years on lees, resulting in a complex and generous sparkling. A hint of blush, dry with a fine and persistent bead.
