TASTING NOTES
Our old Shiraz blocks grow some of the most exciting Shiraz grapes in the Yarra Valley. The flavour profile comprises of lifted dark plum, red and black cherry and notes of pepper and spice. The palate is medium-bodied. This wine spent 12 months in French oak barriques. It has great depth of colour, well-balanced intensity and soft tannins. It is a great companion to lamb, beef and fuller-flavoured meat dishes.
