TASTING NOTES
A pronounced nose of boysenberry, vanilla bean and floral mountain pepper berry. The wine has fresh acidity. Dark berries mingle with rich vanilla and dark chocolate with ample spice that builds to create a complex palate.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Hand-picked, with a combination of whole berries and whole bunches in the ferment. Fermented with native yeast at relatively cool temperatures to retain delicate aromatics and draw only the smooth tannins.

Fantastic purple/black hue. This is an easy wine to like. Upfront fruit, spicy, juicy, a touch savoury and it feels just right. It has enough complexity and detail to last a few more years hence. Jane Faulkner
