TASTING NOTES
Yering Farm's Signature wine. Named for Alan's father George Johns, this elegant Yarra Valley Cabernet displays sweet berry aromatics with subtle, earthy complexities. Rich dark fruit notes on the palate, subtle tannins, and soft oak flavours with a long, velvety finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Fermented in both enclosed red fermenters and open tanks, which were plunged regularly to maximise colour and flavour extraction. Matured in a combination of new and old French oak over 18 months. To enjoy now or with proper cellaring, the continued potential for another 8-10 years.
