TASTING NOTES
The fruit is wholly sourced from our dedicated Pinot Noir site at Yarra Junction (Clones: 114, 115 and Mv6). It was carefully handpicked and de-stemmed, then inoculated with Burgundian yeast and fermented for four days. Matured for 11 months in French oak. 13.5% alc/vol.

 A bright and complex aromatic profile offers blackberry, wild strawberry, star anise, and cranberry along with hints of blue fruit, crushed violet, fresh tobacco, and truffle.

A finely structured palate shows both textural generosity and clarity of fruit expression. Red currant, dark cherry, and raspberry characters integrate well with supportive oak spice. The refreshing natural acidity gives the wine drive and line leading into a long and persistent finish.
