Payne's Rise

Payne’s Rise is incorporated into the 1860's homestead and property of Seville's first settler, Thomas Payne.

The cellar door gives visitors the opportunity to wander through the original house and outbuildings. We aim to present a place rich in history, charm and character, where our visitors can relax and enjoy our fine wines.
We endeavour to produce fruit driven wines with complexity that are expressive of the vineyard's unique qualities and Upper Yarra cool climate.

Pizza and share platters available on weekends.
