Meander deep into the wonderful world of wine as the much anticipated Shortest Lunch returns after a 2 year hiatus.
12 of our fine family-owned wineries will open their doors and barrel rooms and sheds on Saturday 25th June and Sunday 26th June (over the winter solstice), for you to enjoy two days of tastings at participating wineries.
Meet the maker, enjoy flights of the Yarra Valley's best drops, live music at every venue, and fill your stomach with an array of entree-sized meals priced at no more than $20 a plate to pair with your wines.
Wineries will have wines for sale by the glass and bottle, along with cellar-door specials you can access with a ticket only.
For just $50 per ticket, wine lovers can enjoy tastings on both days, in a complimentary tasting glass you get to keep.
Our VIP ticket gives you admission on both days, one glass of wine and a $20 meal voucher, along with a souvenir wine glass to enjoy for $80.
A percentage of proceeds from this year’s Shortest Lunch entry fee will go to Make-A-Wish Australia, with the event having raised over $85,000 shared amongst local CFA brigades and SES since inception.
