Join the family-run Yarra Valley winery, Tokar Estate, for a mouth-watering five-course degustation dinner curated by Head Chef Chris Toogood using the freshest seasonal produce. 

They’ll care of the romance and for $120 per head, you’ll enjoy a glass of sparkling on arrival whilst feasting on highlights such as Freshly Shucked Oysters with Cucumber Mignonette; Cured Ocean Trout with Honey Mustard Vinegar; and Potato Gnocchi with Heirloom Tomatoes, Olives and Goats Curd. 

Finish off the evening with decadent Vanilla Swiss Roll with Strawberry Ganache, Custard Crumble and Berry Sorbet.
